  1. Nature of the Platform Souq.co is a North American-based multi-vendor marketplace that facilitates transactions between independent third-party sellers (Vendors) and buyers (Customers). Souq.co provides the digital infrastructure only and does not own, create, or ship any products listed by third-party vendors.
  2. Limited Liability & Roles
  3. Platform Role: Souq.co provides only the technical venue for vendors to showcase their products.
  4. Vendor Responsibility: Each vendor is 100% responsible for their storefront, product accuracy, inventory, order processing, and shipping.
  5. No Warranty: Souq.co does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of the items advertised or the truth of the listings.
  6. Customer Responsibility & Due Diligence
  7. Vendor Verification: The Customer is strictly responsible for verifying the credibility and trust of a vendor prior to placing an order.
  8. Risk of Transaction: Any dispute regarding the product or service is between the customer and the vendor directly.
  9. Order Processing & Delivery
  10. Fulfillment: All order processing, packaging, and physical delivery are managed exclusively by the vendor.
  11. Shipping: Delivery timelines are estimates provided by the vendor and are not guaranteed by Souq.co.
  12. Payment on Delivery: For COD orders, the customer must inspect the product before finalizing payment to the vendor's agent.
  13. Digital Products & Subscriptions
  14. Immediate Access: For digital assets or "Loyalty Subscriptions," delivery is considered complete once access is granted or a confirmation email is sent.
  15. Final Sales: Due to the nature of digital assets, all digital subscriptions and software-related purchases are non-refundable and final.
  16. Payments & Financial Transactions
  17. Processing: Payments are processed securely via third-party providers such as Stripe.
  18. Authorized Charges: By completing a transaction, you authorize the charge for the specified amount.
  19. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
  20. Vendor Policies: Each vendor operates under their own return policy. Customers must review the specific vendor’s policy before checkout.
  21. Disputes: Financial discrepancies related to physical product quality must be settled directly with the vendor.
  22. Intellectual Property All content, including logos and trademarks (Souq.co, GIDES), are the property of their respective owners. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
  23. Modifications to Terms Souq.co reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
  24. Governance These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
