- Digital Products and Subscriptions All sales of digital products, software licenses, and specialized memberships (such as Loyalty Customer Subscriptions) are considered final. Once access to a digital asset is granted or a confirmation email is sent, we do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges. This policy ensures the integrity of our digital delivery system.
- Multi-Vendor Physical Marketplace For physical goods sold by third-party vendors on Souq.co:
- Individual Vendor Policies: Each vendor manages their own return and refund policy. Customers must review the specific vendor's policy on the product page prior to purchase.
- Direct Resolution: Any request for a refund, return, or exchange regarding physical merchandise must be settled directly between the Customer and the Vendor.
- Inspection for COD: For orders involving payment on delivery, customers are responsible for inspecting the item at the time of arrival. Once payment is handed to the vendor's agent, the transaction is considered accepted.
- Exceptional Circumstances Souq.co reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to intervene in disputes or issue refunds in exceptional cases where technical errors or unauthorized transactions are proven.
