Thank you for shopping at Souq.co. As a multi-vendor marketplace, our return process is designed to be transparent while respecting the individual policies of our independent sellers.

1. Digital Assets and Subscriptions Please note that all digital products, software licenses, and Loyalty Subscriptions (including all membership tiers) are exempt from returns. Due to the immediate nature of digital delivery, these items cannot be "returned" and all such sales are final.

3. Vendor Policies: Returns are governed by the specific policy set by the vendor of the product. Customers are required to review the vendor's return window and conditions on the product page before purchasing.
4. Direct Handling: All return requests, shipping of returned items, and physical inspections are handled directly by the vendor. Souq.co does not receive or process physical returns at our headquarters.
5. Return Conditions for Physical Items Generally, for a return to be considered by a vendor, the following must apply:

9. Payment on Delivery (Inspection) For orders fulfilled via Payment on Delivery, the customer is expected to inspect the goods upon arrival. Acceptance of the item and completion of payment to the delivery agent constitutes a final sale for that transaction.
10. Shipping Costs for Returns Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning physical items unless otherwise stated in the vendor's specific policy. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
