- Shipping Responsibility All physical products are stored, packaged, and shipped directly by the independent Vendors. Souq.co (GIDES) does not operate a central warehouse and is not responsible for the physical handling or dispatch of goods.
- Delivery Estimates
- Domestic & International: Delivery times are estimated by the vendor and provided on the product page.
- Processing Time: Vendors typically process orders within 1-3 business days before shipping.
- Delays: While we encourage vendors to be prompt, Souq.co is not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, or vendor-specific logistics issues.
- Digital Delivery (Instant) For digital products, software licenses, or Loyalty Subscriptions:
- Delivery Method: These assets are delivered electronically to the email address associated with your account.
- Timeline: Delivery is typically instantaneous upon successful payment confirmation.
- Verification: If you do not receive your digital asset within 1 hour, please check your spam folder before contacting support.
- Shipping Costs Shipping fees are calculated by the vendor based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the order. These costs will be clearly displayed at checkout.
- Tracking Your Order If the vendor provides tracking information, it will be updated in your "My Orders" section. Customers are encouraged to communicate directly with vendors for specific tracking inquiries.
- Payment on Delivery (COD) For orders selected as Payment on Delivery:
- The customer must be present at the provided address to receive the item and complete the payment.
- Refusal to accept a delivery without a valid reason may result in a permanent suspension of the customer's account.
- Missing or Damaged Items If an item is missing or arrives damaged, you must contact the Vendor immediately through the platform. Souq.co may assist in communication, but the final resolution lies with the vendor.
